We still need 14-weeks to get the product to a US port. If we can piggy-back on an existing order with furnishings in stock, we will advise if we can accommodate a rush. An extra charge applies.
Lead time starts after (i) your club is a paid member of the Astanza Partner Program, (ii) all approvals are complete, and (iii) you’ve paid a 50% order deposit.

Each package has a budget, and furnishing types, materials, quantities and colors.

Mostly, depending on timeline. If the modifications require customization, we can alter any package at our hourly design rates. Astanza’s design fees are below market at $195 to $245/hour.
Astanza: The only limitations are (i) having sufficient time to meet deadlines, (ii) your club meeting the threshold quantity of furnishings, and (iii) local customs and freight arrangements are suitable.

We wish we could help, but Astanza’s resort-inspired concept at below-wholesale pricing is tailored for those clubs ready to make a transformational difference this season. Our design, production and logistics model will not accommodate partial purchases or phasing.

Yes. Lead times, club locations, quantity and packages are factors in the pricing, efficiency and design solution. Better to plan ahead for 2026 if your management company is late to the table this year.

Each product type has its specific warranty period – from a 1-year to 5-year limited warranty. We understand nature’s impact on items longevity and durability and are very aware of the causes and signs of abuse.
If there is damage, three conditions will be obvious to the club and Astanza. First, day-specific weather events. Second, staff operational misuse or neglect, and third, patterns of breakage which leads us to warranty investigation.
Our pro-active approach includes: offering free extra parts for umbrellas, plus offering significant product discounts on extra seating and tables. We strongly encourage regular cleaning and maintenance. Because we specify the highest wear-resistant quality in materials and construction whether powder coat, table tops, fabrics, frames and mesh, durability will be longer, and damage uncommon and infrequent.
